Contact

One address for everything: [email protected]. There is no contact form, because a form would need a server to send to and this site does not have one.

Write to [email protected]. It is read by a person, usually within a few days. There is no ticket system, no chatbot and no account to look up — so whatever you can put in the message itself is what there is to go on.

A figure on this site is wrong

This is the most valuable message we get, so it goes first. Marketplaces change photo requirements without announcing it, and the failure mode of a reference site is a confidently wrong number sitting there for a year while people follow it.

What helps most, in rough order:

  • Which page, and which figure on it.
  • What the marketplace is telling you instead — a screenshot of the app or a link to the help page settles it immediately.
  • Which country and which app version, if you know. Several of these requirements differ by region, and a figure that is wrong for you may be right elsewhere, which is worth us knowing either way.

Every marketplace figure here lives in one data file with a source link and a verification date, so a correction is a small, quick change — and the date on the guide page moves with it.

Something is broken

Because the tools run on your device rather than on a server, a fault is usually specific to a browser, a version, or a particular file — and we cannot see any of that from here. The three things that make a bug fixable:

  • Which browser and version, and whether it is a phone, tablet or computer. Safari and Chrome differ meaningfully on image handling, particularly with HEIC files from an iPhone.
  • What you did and what happened — which tool, how many photographs, and what appeared instead of the result.
  • The file's details if it involves one specific photograph: format, roughly how large, and where it came from. Please do not attach the photograph itself — we do not want it, and the details are usually enough.

If a tool stopped partway through a large batch, mentioning how many photographs and roughly how big they were is the single most useful detail, because that is almost always your device running out of memory rather than a fault in the code.

Advertising and business

Advertising enquiries, partnership proposals and anything commercial go to the same address. Two things to save time: the site will not be adding sponsored content or paid links inside the guide pages, and the marketplace figures are not for sale — a reference page whose numbers can be bought is worth nothing to the people reading it.

Things we cannot help with

We are an independent site and have no relationship with Poshmark, Depop, Vinted, Mercari, eBay and Etsy. That means:

  • Marketplace account problems — suspensions, removed listings, payouts, buyer disputes. We have no access and no influence. Their own support is the only route.
  • Recovering a photograph — if you closed the tab before downloading, the result is gone. Nothing was ever uploaded, so there is no copy anywhere for us to send back.
  • Editing your photographs for you — the tools are the service. Please do not email images; they will not be opened.

Before you write

Two pages answer most questions faster than an email will: the about page covers how the specifications are sourced and why the site is free, and the privacy policy covers exactly what does and does not happen to your photographs. Each marketplace guide also ends with the questions we are asked most about that platform.
